• All deposits and fees due at move in

Cats

• $100.00 Refundable Deposit + $200.00 Non Refundable Fee
• Indoor cats only please

Dogs  

• Accepted, please proceed w/below info:
• $200.00 Refundable Deposit + $200.00 Non Refundable Fee
• Up to 35 pounds, requires pet interview
• Breed restrictions apply.

Other

• Fish Tanks and aquariums permitted
• Birds - Must be caged. Maximum of two. $150.00 Refundable Deposit per cage
• Other Caged Animals, please inquire. Deposits and fees may apply
• No ferrets please!
